I honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through this home-buying journey without Edlyn “Eddie” Polito. She was not only our Realtor, but truly our savior throughout the entire process! Eddie was there for us for quite a while, through all the ups and downs, and she always managed to keep me grounded when things felt overwhelming. She was incredibly patient, kind, friendly, and knowledgeable, and she was always available—even at some of the craziest times! No matter how many questions I had or how many phone calls I made, Eddie was always there to listen, answer my questions, and help us feel confident about the next step. My husband and I absolutely love her and are so grateful that she was by our side during such an important chapter in our lives. She went above and beyond what we could have ever expected from a Realtor. The best part is that Eddie stopped being “just our Realtor” along the way—she became a true friend. She is someone we genuinely want to keep in touch with long after the house was purchased, and that says everything about the kind of person she is. If you are looking for a Realtor who truly cares, listens, supports you, and treats you like family, I cannot recommend Eddie enough. I highly recommend Eddie Polito for a Realtor if you are selling your home. She always responds promptly to your calls, gives you suggestions on things to do with your home to make it even more marketable. She goes above and beyond for you. She stays with you right from the start of putting your home on the market right through to the closing of the sale.She's there for you to answer any questions you may have at anytime. She's friendly, personable, and professional. If you really want to sell your home and get the best deal, you should give her a call. She's also great at helping you find your next home. Eddie is hands down one of the best realtors and people around. She is honest, helpful and enthusiastic about her job and her clients. She doesn’t take no for an answer and always try’s to do what’s right for her client. She was extremely helpful in finding things that were wrong with houses that I may have missed but was also good at talking about different things that help increase values that I had no idea about. She was patient as it took us two and a half years together trying to find a home in an awful market. Even though we went to countless houses and spent hours doing contracts that were doomed from the start, Eddie was always ready for the next house with a big smile on her face. I world (and already have) recommend Eddie to anyone trying to find their perfect home because with out Eddie, I know I wouldn’t have found mine.

Eddie helped my mother years ago as her realtor, so when it came time for me to sell my home, I was without a doubt going to work with her. She is a very professional, knowledgeable, honest and personable realtor who worked with me and helped make this a seamless experience. Eddy gave me excellent advice on how to best stage my house. She told me what needed to be repaired what to add and even suggested curtains and contractors. She was clear and precise. I completed everything she asked and an offer was made accepted within 6 days of listings the house. Her sense of humor helped me through any challenges that arose.
